In general,  BC will not transfer your Personal Data to third parties, except for the transfer of data authorized by applicable law, or mentioned in this Article 6 or elsewhere in this Policy.

You also consent to the transfer of your Personal Data in the event of the sale or transfer by BC of all or part of its business or assets to a third party.

To the extent that the transfer of your Personal Data involves countries outside the European Economic Area (« EEA ») which have not been determined by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection of Personal Data, for the purposes specified in this Policy, BC will ensure that measures are taken in accordance with the Privacy Act, if applicable, by signing the standard contractual clauses made available by the European Commission.
